Premium Car Covers is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Your order is not accepted until confirmed by Premium Car Covers. We need to receive and process your payment before your order can be accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Premium Car Covers may not be able to accommodate any cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we do not accept or we cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Products purchased are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that the products purchased by you are for your personal or household use, not for resale or export purposes.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise indicated, displayed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import fees.

You represent and warrant that (i) any credit card information you provide is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the Services at the time of your order.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once a product has been delivered to a shipping carrier, title passes to you and risk of loss transfers to you.

As part of the Services, you may access third-party tools that we neither monitor nor have any control nor input over.

Any purchase or transaction you make will be with Premium Car Covers directly, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and Premium Car Covers, including any injury, loss, or damage caused by the products or services purchased. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify has no liability to you in relation to your purchase and transactions with Premium Car Covers, and you release Shopify from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Premium Car Covers.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PREMIUM CAR COVERS, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS, OR SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED THROUGH THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
