Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Premium Car Covers purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
Standard Items
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the cover must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Custom & Personalized Covers
Every cover is produced to the vehicle model and any special requests you provide at checkout. Because these details are made to order, custom covers can only be returned if the item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered. Please double-check your Vehicle Model entry before submitting your order.
How to Start a Return
Email premiumccofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your cover arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
EU & UK Customers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made covers that are not defective.

Processing Time
Because every cover is made to order for your specific vehicle model and any special requests, please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there's a delay.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Exact rates are calculated based on your delivery address and are displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Estimates
- Domestic orders: 4-8 business days after processing
- International orders: 7-21 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs processing
These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays are outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, but we're happy to help however we can.

All prices are listed in USD and are due in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons such as product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
3. Vehicle Model & Customization Accuracy
Because covers are cut and produced according to the Vehicle Model and Special Requests you provide at checkout, it is your responsibility to ensure this information is accurate. We are not liable for fit issues arising from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Premium Car Covers or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
